Customer Service Representative (Print Production & Logistics Coordination)
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join an international printing and graphics company. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in print production, client services, and logistics coordination. Full training will be provided. This position serves as a key link between clients, production teams, and logistics operations, ensuring accurate communication, efficient workflow management, and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to client inquiries, quotes, job tickets, and orders via phone and email Track and manage job progress, provide real-time status updates, and resolve issues quickly Provide guidance on printing services, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams to ensure accurate job execution Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations Coordinate logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, carrier selection, routing, and delivery scheduling Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order management data Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production issues in a timely and professional manner Support operational efficiency through coordination with production, shipping, and fulfillment teams Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, account management, logistics coordination, or operations support Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with print management or order tracking systems is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused mindset Willingness to travel to customer and operational sites as needed Ability to safely lift and handle items up to 25 lbs as required
