You'll be the link between customers, inventory, and incoming freightkeeping everything accurate, organized, and moving. Deliver a positive, knowledgeable customer experience in person and over the phone Help customers find the right parts and process orders with accuracy and attention to detail Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight; coordinate outgoing shipments Track, label, and organize inventory within our system Notify customers when parts arrive and ensure smooth pickup or delivery Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and organization Build strong relationships with vendors, team members, and customers Identify issues and take initiative to solve them before they become problems What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who doesn't just do the jobbut takes ownership of it. Energetic, positive, and team-oriented Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Quick learner who retains information and adapts fast Organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail Reliable and able to handle a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment Strong communicator who enjoys working with people (extroverted mindset) Comfortable with computers, systems, and online tools Takes direction well and follows through Available to work weekdays with occasional Saturdays Bonus points for experience in parts, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, or RV/automotivebut not required.
