We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Fund Accounting team. This role is in Wroclaw, Poland. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Manage and maintain static data across various applications within the Fund Administration Platform. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data changes reflecting business requirements. Validate static data to ensure consistency and integrity across systems. Monitor data quality and implement controls to prevent errors and discrepancies. Support system enhancements and upgrades by providing expertise on static data impacts. Document data management processes, update procedures, and maintain audit trails for compliance purposes. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal data governance standards. Participate in testing activities related to static data changes and system implementations. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field. Experience in financial services, preferably within fund administration or asset management. Strong understanding of static data management and its role in fund administration platforms. Proficiency with multiple financial applications and data management tools. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of fund administration processes and regulatory requirements (preferred). Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (preferred). Familiarity with data query languages is a plus (preferred).
