Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses, motions, and trial briefs.5. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure fair compensation for clients.6. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials, passionately advocating for their rights and interests.7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all legal practices.8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2.
