Responsibilities
As Property Operations Director, you will oversee the functionality and safety of the facility to protect guests and team members while delivering exceptional service and financial profitability. Key responsibilities include:

Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the facility, including buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, life safety systems and grounds in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Conduct facility inspections.

Assign, verify and document completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system; maintain required documentation for energy management, conservation and preventive maintenance programs.

Lead, manage and communicate information about capital projects and property rehabilitations, including scheduling, budgeting and compliance with contractor bidding standards.

Direct daily department operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, system use and management, budgeting and forecasting, adherence to standards and meeting participation.

Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations and recognition.

Recruit, interview and train team members.
