We are looking for a Laboratory Director to lead our full service clinical laboratory.
What You'll Do :
Oversee inpatient and outpatient lab functions
Perform project/service research
Develop goals to ensure the highest possible level of patient and referring physician satisfaction
Develop a strategic plan to meet the needs of the community and grow the service line
Oversee coordination of test processing across all entities of Memorial Health
Coordinate clinical training of technical college students in the laboratory
Lab Specialties :
Hematology
Coagulation
Urinalysis
Serology
Blood Bank
Microbiology
What You'll Bring / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with two (2) years experience in laboratory management and infection control, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Medical Technologist (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification.

80 per pay (every two weeks)

Approx. 25 minutes away from Dublin, OH
Approx. 30 minutes away from Hillard, OH
Approx. 30 minutes away from Delaware, OH
Approx. 30 minutes away from Powell, OH
