The HR Source is partnering with a premier healthcare organization to find a strategic and operational Director of Human Resources. Leading a dedicated 10-person department, you will oversee core HR functions (excluding payroll) and cultivate a labor environment that fosters growth, compliance, and employee retention.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a 10-person HR team, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training, and strategic planning.
Design and execute full-cycle recruitment processes that foster the retention of best-fit talent.
Manage comprehensive benefits suites, exercising fiduciary responsibility over the organization's 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans.
Act as the appointed Corporate Compliance Officer and Safety Officer, ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations.
Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and competitive compensation structures.
What You Bring
Experience:
7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years operating in a Director capacity.
Industry Expertise:
Proven success leading HR initiatives within a complex, 24/7 healthcare environment.
Technical Mastery:
Deep expertise in benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, and mandatory proficiency utilizing
UKG
software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or an allied field. SPHR certification is highly desired.
