
Bilingual Commercial Lines Account Manager (English/Spanish)

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager to join our growing team. This person will be assisting our producers and service team and working out of our Indianapolis office.
We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about building relationships with clients, will collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals, constantly seek improvement, and will demonstrate the value Superior Insurance Partners can provide.
How will you affect the business?
Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls
Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year client service experience working insurance
Property and Casualty Insurance License or ability to obtain in first 60 days
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
