A well-established local General Contractor is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to support a strong and growing backlog of work. This company is known for taking on unique, challenging projects that most GCs don't pursue, offering long-term stability and hands-on field leadership opportunities.

Project types include:

• Clean room environments
• Luxury residential construction
• Specialized commercial and industrial builds

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who enjoys problem-solving in the field, thinking creatively, and taking ownership of projects that don't always follow a standard playbook. Strong carpentry skills are essential, as many projects require hands-on knowledge and practical, on-site solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and field crews
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
• Maintain schedules, quality control, and project budgets
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and safety
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and field personnel
• Hands-on approach with solid carpentry skills
• Degree in Construction Management preferred (or equivalent experience)
