We are hiring a Technical Outside Sales Representative to join our growing U.S. team, based out of the St. Louis (Maryland Heights, MO) area. With a legacy dating back to 1881, the company we are partnering with is a well-established manufacturer of fire protection equipment, now expanding its footprint across the U.S. market.


This is a field-based, high-autonomy sales role focused on driving new business (60%) while also managing and growing existing distributor relationships (40%). You’ll be selling essential fire safety equipment used in high-rise and commercial building applications, working primarily with wholesale distributors rather than end users.


This is an ideal opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a hunter role, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in scaling a U.S. operation with strong backing and real growth potential.


🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for and close new business nationwide
  • Manage and grow existing distributor relationships
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Travel for client meetings, trade shows, and territory growth
  • Learn and sell technical fire protection products


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (full-cycle)
  • Background in manufacturing, wholesale, or distribution preferred
  • Experience selling to distributors is a big plus
  • Based near St. Louis, MO, in office when not in the field
  • Comfortable with travel + overnight trips (25%)
  • Self-starter, hunter mentality, strong relationship builder
