Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our San Francisco Commercial Banking Office.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and cultivating new client portfolio relationships to meet all ongoing established portfolio growth goals. The role also includes responsibility for the maintenance, cultivation, and retention of an established client portfolio. The individual should have significant expertise and experience with all complex credit skills and have a high level and detailed understanding of all banking credit, deposit, and treasury products.
Professional / Educational Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field.
Compensation
The hiring pay range for this position is $119,144 to $166,802. All bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies by role.
