the job: As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will support the development of go-to-market strategy and execution for upcoming product launches and key brand initiatives. This role is designed to give hands‑on experience across both strategy and execution, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to how campaigns are built and brought to life. You’ll partner closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to help shape positioning, organize campaign assets, and build tools that drive alignment across the business. This is an ideal role for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a passion for brand building, storytelling, and turning insights into action.

Brooklyn, NY (onsite 3 days a week. Must have the right to live and work in the US)

what you’ll do: GTM strategy & positioning

Build a competitive landscape & positioning snapshot (key players, claims, messaging, GTM rollout across social, digital, and in-store)

Identify whitespace opportunities and potential messaging territories to inform how products show up in market

Support the development of insight-driven narratives that feed into the broader campaign strategy, leveraging data and insights platforms to inform strategy.

toolkit development & execution

Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) toolkits in partnership with the Brand Marketing Manager

Organize campaign messaging, assets, and key information into clear, actionable formats for cross‑functional teams

Assist in building GTM activation plans to ensure consistency across channels and teams

must haves:

Strong interest in brand marketing, hair or beauty products

Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize insights into clear takeaways

Strong organizational and project management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in building decks and working in PowerPoint

Highly collaborative with a proactive, can‑do attitude

Passion for storytelling, branding, and creative problem solving
