Job Description Corcoran New Development is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Coordinator to support a high-profile project situated in Long Island City. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team representing one of the city’s most anticipated residential communities. As Leasing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, supporting leasing efforts, and helping shape the future of NYC’s real estate landscape. If you bring strong organizational skills, leasing experience, and a passion for urban development, we’d love to hear from you. This position must be performed in an office setting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Open and close the office daily
Maintain office support and administrative duties
Follow all processes in accordance with NYS guidelines to ensure all necessary documentation is completed (NYS Disclosure and Fair Housing Forms)
Database maintenance and generating custom reports as directed (including contact lists, Daily & Weekly Reports, Monthly Office Schedule)
Update and maintain listings across various platforms
Assist the Leasing Team in all aspects of their day-to-day
Update and track all office administrative documentation to ensure proper filing and record keeping
Maintain positive customer-relations attitude and supportive approach to working with on and off-site team members and ancillary professionals
Perform any additional duties assigned
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years’ experience in a customer centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external clients at all levels
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
