We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to support our fiber operations by providing exceptional service to subscribers and internal teams. This role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, billing support, and technical coordination.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and provide service support
Assist with troubleshooting internet and service-related issues
Process payments and explain billing statements
Create and manage service orders and account updates
Document all customer interactions accurately
Support billing and collections processes
Provide information on promotions and assistance programs
Generate and maintain reports using various systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel preferred)
Customer service or call center experience, preferred
Experience with telecommunications or utilities, a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS The work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Must be able to sit for extended periods and reach, grasp, and use fingers to perform computer functions. Must be able to see, speak, and hear. Must be able to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment. Required to lift up to fifteen pounds.
