VIP Marketing Specialist

Job Description
This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with high-value guests on the gaming floor. The specialist serves as a key point of contact, evaluating guest activity to determine appropriate complimentary offers and maintaining regular communication through outbound calls and follow-ups. The role also supports marketing initiatives by assisting with promotions, events, and shows, while ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience, including accurate hotel reservations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and targeted guests, providing regular follow-up.
Evaluate guest play to determine and provide appropriate complimentary offers.
Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, special events, and shows.
Assist in the execution of promotions, events, and shows.
Make outbound calls to preferred guests regarding promotions and events.
Ensure hotel reservations are made accurately and efficiently for guests.
Support the property host as needed.
Maintain knowledge of all casino gaming policies and procedures.
Qualifications
High School Diploma and 0-2 years of player development and/or marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. An Associate's degree in marketing is preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of customer service principles, including needs assessments and satisfaction evaluation.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
