We’re looking for a highly talented Graphic Designer with a refined eye and a strong point of view to help bring the Parachute brand to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing creative assets across channels, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and performance-driven visual expression of the brand.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of brand identity, a passion for thoughtful, effective design, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Motion design and video editing skills are a strong plus.
Reports to: Art Director
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid, Mon - Thurs in office, Friday work from home
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute brand creative across all marketing channels, including email, SMS, site, paid and organic social, direct mail, and retail/in-store placements
Partner closely with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to concept and deliver campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
Develop high-quality visual assets that drive engagement while maintaining brand integrity
Collaborate with copywriters and cross-functional teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns
Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both digital and print assets
Support the ongoing evolution and refinement of Parachute’s visual identity
Stay current with design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices
Maintain strong organization and version control across creative assets and projects
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Deep understanding of layout, typography, color, and design systems
Ability to balance creativity with performance objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus)
Experience designing for email and e-commerce platforms (Klaviyo is a plus)
Understanding of social-first design and digital marketing creative
Experience preparing files for print production (direct mail, retail signage, packaging)
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and best practices for organizing and maintaining scalable asset libraries
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Parachute takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on location. Your actual compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. The estimated pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 plus annual discretionary bonus.
