Leasing Specialist (Bilingual)
VareCo is a private real estate investment company specializing in value‑add opportunities across multi‑family markets in Denver, CO. We are seeking a highly motivated Leasing Specialist for our Portfolio Management team.

Reports to: Senior Asset Manager
Job Type: Full‑time, On‑site
Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly, plus bonus incentives per signed lease agreement
Location: Denver, CO
Benefits: Health insurance, employee discount, professional development assistance
Typical Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday; on‑call; weekends as needed
Summary As a Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to showcase the community’s services, amenities, and offerings to prospects during personalized tours, engaging them to successfully convert them into residents. You will be the first point of contact for future residents, providing excellent communication and customer service, and selling the lifestyle prospects can enjoy as community members.
Responsibilities
Answer all leads within 24 hours of receipt.
Keep in touch with all inquiries constantly until the lead is no longer active.
Schedule and conduct lead tours of properties.
Process applications in accordance with established criteria within 24 hours.
Facilitate the move‑in process for residents.
Sign a minimum of 20 leases in a calendar month.
Be a positive representative of the property and company services and standards.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel).
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities.
Utilize critical thinking, problem‑solving, and sound decision‑making.
Efficiently manage time and balance multiple tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Sales experience strongly preferred.
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve construction‑related issues.
