Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced
Carpenter Foreman
to lead crews on commercial construction projects in the Bend, OR area. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with a strong carpentry background who can manage job site operations while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial properties and be comfortable coordinating crews, schedules, and daily site activities. Experience with storage facility construction is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and laborers on‑site
Perform and oversee all phases of carpentry work
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
Qualifications
Strong background in commercial carpentry
Previous experience in a Foreman or leadership role
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with storage facility construction is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
