This is a hybrid position
Responsibilities
Monitors online and social discussions and provides timely responses to posts, player requests, questions, and feedback. Provides online and social communities with education, problem‑solving, and insightful interactions
Prepares logs and reports tracking the costs and performance of organic, earned, and paid social media campaigns
Assists with production of creative content, including copy, images, and video for social media and digital channels
Monitors brand reputation, both online and with media, producing reports as needed
Assists in prize fulfillment duty for social media promotions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience
Ability to handle disgruntled or frustrated players when moderating blog comments or engaging on social channels
Knowledge of social media, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Knowledge of media tracking service or software such as Critical Mention or Brandwatch
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs to create creative content
Ability to make basic graphics for internal communications, video projects, and social media distribution
Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Hiring Rate: $51,078 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
Closing Date: May 1, 2026
