Responsibilities This opportunity will involve leading, while working alongside, a team of carpenters and apprentice carpenters mostly on remodeling and additions, and occasionally on new homes or cabinets. Our crews mainly do carpentry—framing and finish—and on smaller jobs, a bit of the work of several other trades. Our younger team members also perform most, if not all, of the laborer work.
You will work closely with one of our Project Coordinators on matters of schedule, subcontractor performance, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and project staffing. You will also share responsibilities for communicating, and coordinating with homeowners, as needed, about day-to-day jobsite activities.
