The position
To uphold our "brand quality standard", we are looking for a Campsite Representative to join our campsites all over Europe. This position involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining clean and fully equipped accommodations, and acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, functional, fully equipped and clean accommodation for guests.
Respond promptly and efficiently to guest questions and needs, always with a friendly attitude.
Provide detailed and relevant information to guests about the local area, campsite facilities and services.
Clean accommodation both internally and externally at the start of the season and after each guest departure, ensuring they are ready for new arrivals.
Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, including key handover, deposit handling, and registration on internal systems.
Handle night calls on a rotational basis, assisting guests with their urgent needs.
