Responsibilities

Greet members in a professional and enthusiastic manner that encapsulates the MVP-1 Team culture.
Demonstrate a general understanding of AmeriCU’s Strategic Plan and how the role impacts the success of the credit union.
Serve as the primary liaison for introducing members to ITM technology and conducting traditional teller transactions.
Retain, expand, and acquire relationships by referring and cross‑selling credit union products and services through courtesy calls or in person.
Develop a strong partnership with line‑of‑business partners to focus on member acquisition and deepen relationships with current members.
Meet or exceed annual goals.
Serve as the lead trainer in the assigned FC for desk and teller line new hires, and may be asked to provide support in other regional financial centers as needed.
Record encounters with current and prospective members in the credit union CRM system for tracking purposes.
Accurately perform account servicing and file maintenance as required.
Adhere to all credit union and departmental policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of and adhere to applicable compliance, operational, and risk controls, including BSA and SAFE Act.
Demonstrate community engagement and involvement.
