This is an opportunity for a proven commercial banker who has deep market relationships, strong C&I banking experience, and the ability to build trusted advisory relationships with middle market companies, business owners, family owned enterprises, and growth oriented clients.

What you will do
Develop and expand middle market commercial banking relationships across West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, and surrounding South Florida markets.
Build a portfolio of privately held companies, owner operated businesses, professional firms, and growth oriented commercial clients.
Generate new business through COI relationships, direct prospecting, referrals, market visibility, and disciplined pipeline management.
Structure commercial lending solutions, including C&I loans, working capital lines, term loans, owner occupied real estate financing, and other commercial credit products.
Grow deposit relationships and treasury management opportunities.
Review financial statements, cash flow, business performance, collateral, ownership strength, and credit risk.
Collaborate with credit, underwriting, treasury, portfolio management, and local leadership to move opportunities forward.
Provide advisory level guidance to clients around growth, liquidity, capital needs, treasury strategy, and banking solutions.
Represent the bank in the Palm Beach business community with credibility, professionalism, and relationship depth.
What we are looking for
7 plus years of commercial banking, middle market banking, C&I banking, corporate banking, or senior business banking experience.
Proven ability to develop new commercial relationships and grow a meaningful portfolio.
Strong credit acumen, including cash flow analysis, commercial loan structuring, financial statement review, and risk assessment.
Experience working with middle market companies, privately held businesses, family owned enterprises, and operating companies.
Strong COI network across Palm Beach County or the broader South Florida market.
Ability to generate business through referrals, direct calling, community presence, and strategic relationship development.
Strong understanding of deposits, treasury management, C&I lending, and full relationship banking.
Professional presence with business owners, executives, and internal banking partners.
Collaborative, mature, team oriented, and highly respected in the market.
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant banking experience.
