Job Description

Dan Vaden Chevrolet Cadillac Brunswick, GA seeks motivated Business Development Reps to schedule service appointments for auto repairs and sales appointments for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team. Auto BDC experience is preferred; strong customer service and call center experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Schedule service and sales appointments for auto repairs and potential buyers.

Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, remind clients, and reschedule no‑shows.

Respond to internet and telephone inquiries regarding vehicle pricing, availability, and other details.

Use scripts to answer questions professionally and politely.

Requirements

Auto BDC experience preferred.

Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Experience in customer service or call center a plus.

Dependable, good work ethic, and energetic team player.

Professional appearance, high school diploma or equivalent.

Must pass pre‑employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
