We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering major transit projects. As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of accurate, competitive, and strategic cost estimates for large-scale public transit and heavy civil works. Projects may include rail systems, stations, tunnels, bridges, highways, and associated infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end estimating for public transit and heavy civil projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to develop detailed cost plans Manage quantity take-offs, pricing, and risk analysis Collaborate with engineering, project management, and procurement teams Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Develop and maintain estimating databases and benchmarks Provide value engineering options and cost-saving strategies Present estimates to senior leadership and clients Requirements: Extensive experience in heavy civil construction estimating, with a focus on public transit or infrastructure Proven ability to lead estimates on large, complex projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and cost drivers Proficiency with estimating software and cost management tools Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines APPLY
