Job Overview
The Social Producer is responsible for partnering with the Art Director, Social to bring a cohesive vision to life across multiple social media touchpoints. They are experts in social media aesthetics and love to have their pulse on the current industry and trends. This person understands the power of executing visually compelling social content that is aligned with brand strategy and has the ability to craft emotional connections with consumers through well‑crafted storytelling social content.
Responsibilities
Partner with Art Director, Social to push concepts from ideas to execution and execute creative concepts for video and photography for social content under the guidance of the category lead to get the best solution.
Own the day‑to‑day planning and execution of all productions within the social team, ensuring alignment with creative direction, timelines, and budgets.
Lead pre‑production coordination, including crew and talent booking, call sheets, shoot logistics, and location planning (when needed).
Build cross‑functional relationships to grow a healthy and collaborative environment.
Uphold creative excellence on all projects, big or small.
Partner with creative operations to ensure execution against creative briefs, the creative review process, and deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
Be a contributing team member of best‑in‑class creatives.
Stay up‑to‑date with social trends and industry best practices.
Contribute to the still and motion creation process from creative strategy to post production.
Participate in photo & video shoots to gain insights from senior creative leaders and take on directing responsibilities as needed, ensuring the visual style and brand consistency across all social platforms from styling, set design, lighting, and composition for photo and video shoots.
Provide creative feedback on assets, ensuring the final product aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and editors to maintain a high standard of visual storytelling.
Reports to the category Art Director, Social.
Qualifications
3+ years of production experience.
BA Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Required Skills
Open minded problem solver with the ability to articulate creative concepts & creative solutions.
Strong understanding of design as a vehicle for communication.
Ability to achieve business objectives through design.
Ability to sell ideas via strong presentation skills, collaboration, and feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut.
