Senior Producer, Live Production
Location: South Florida or Orlando area; hybrid work (home, traveling, occasional office).
Position Summary The Senior Producer manages programs independently from planning through execution, ensuring seamless delivery and strong client satisfaction. Responsible for day‑to‑day production leadership, vendor coordination, and on‑site management. Operates with minimal supervision while supporting junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage production planning and execution for meetings, events, and keynote sessions
Develop timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans
Coordinate vendors, venues, and internal teams
Manage program budgets and track expenses
Lead rehearsals and on-site execution
Serve as the primary operational contact for clients
Identify and resolve issues proactively
Qualifications
5–8+ years of experience in live production or event management
Strong understanding of AV, staging, logistics, and venue coordination
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Confidence leading on-site operations
Ability to travel regularly

Salary & Benefits Salary: $110,000–125,000.
