About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior HR Business Partner to play a critical role in executing HR initiatives that positively impact our employees and business outcomes. This individual will partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support the execution of programs across talent acquisition, culture, ID&E, performance management, talent development, employee relations, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness.
Reporting to a Senior HR Director, this role provides both hands‑on tactical support and strategic HR partnership to functional areas including Field Sales (US and Canada), Global Marketing, and IT. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to front and mid‑level leaders, manage day‑to‑day inquiries, and prepare leaders for key meetings and HR deliverables.
Key Responsibilities Organization, Talent & Culture Planning Collaborate with HR Business Partners and COEs to deliver high-impact HR solutions. Support workforce planning, compensation reviews, and performance management. Drive proactive strategies for employee retention, engagement, and succession planning. Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on change management processes to enable smooth transitions.
Talent & Leadership Development Partner with Global Talent Development to build business and technical capabilities, including career and leadership development programs.
Talent Acquisition Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to identify and fill critical roles, build organizational capabilities, and strengthen bench depth.
Employee Relations & Communications Partner with the Employee Relations COE and leaders to anticipate, identify, and facilitate resolution of employee relations issues.
Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Champion ID&E efforts to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce. Develop and implement initiatives in partnership with HR and leadership.
HR Data Analytics Identify organizational trends and enable data‑driven decision‑making. Provide regular stakeholder updates on program progress and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of progressive HR experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a large, global matrixed organization supporting leadership teams in developing and executing HR programs
Background in Medical Device, Technology, Healthcare, or Consumer Products industries; experience with Commercial and R&D teams is a plus
Strong understanding of talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with urgency and creativity
Strong influencing, coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills with the ability to build authentic, trusting relationships
Collaborative approach with experience working across global, matrixed, and virtual environments
Proven career flexibility and cross‑cultural experience
Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office suite
Experience with HR analytics and data‑driven decision‑making
