Construction Estimator (CM at Risk)
Location:
Northern California, Los Angeles, San Diego
Salary:
$120,000 - $185,000 per year

Responsibilities • Prepare budgets, estimates, and pre‑bid packages for construction projects under the CM at Risk guaranteed maximum pricing model.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs, manage multiple projects, develop cost strategies, and foster relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications
BS in a related field or equivalent professional experience
7+ years of construction estimator or pre‑construction experience
Experience in commercial construction
Proficiency with pre‑con software (e.g., MC2, OST, Constructware, Bluebeam, Destini, Timerline, BIM360)
