Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to lead and execute a high-impact content strategy onsite in Tampa. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a strong background in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing.

You will oversee content production across multiple channels, manage editorial calendars, and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives

Manage and maintain an editorial calendar across blogs, website, email, and social media

Create, edit, and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to produce engaging campaigns

Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and optimize accordingly

Oversee content distribution across digital channels to maximize reach and engagement

Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging

Manage external writers, freelancers, or agencies when needed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in content marketing, content management, or a similar role

Proven track record in creating high-performing digital content

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research

Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., "WordPress") and marketing tools

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
