## Job Description# Debit Card Dispute Resolution Specialist**Role:** Debit Card Dispute Resolution Specialist**Location:** Hybrid – Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA* Review, process, and resolve routine debit card dispute claims in accordance with federal regulations, card network rules, and internal policies* Research and construct chargeback, arbitration, and compliance cases involving financial institutions, processors, and acquirers* Request and review documentation from members and merchants to resolve disputes within mandated timelines* Analyze account activity, transactions, and supporting documentation to determine appropriate corrective actions* Identify transactions eligible for chargebacks and resolve provisional credit adjustments* Track, document, and monitor dispute cases to minimize financial risk* Execute general ledger entries related to dispute cases for month-end balancing* Utilize dispute case management systems and card network tools to complete assigned cases* Communicate with members, merchants, vendors, and financial institutions to resolve cases* Assist with guidance and training of entry-level specialists as needed* Perform additional related duties as assigned* Familiarity with PIN-based debit disputes and/or signature-based chargeback regulations and processes* Experience with financial transaction processing, accounting, auditing, research, or compliance* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review documentation and make sound decisions* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy* Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment* Strong member/customer service and professional communication skills* Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures* Comfortable navigating multiple systems and adapting to new technologies* Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills* Basic database, research, and analytical skills**Compensation and Benefits:** The pay rate for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00 per hour.
