You’ll work Monday through Friday with some weekend work as needed. This role combines hands‑on problem‑solving with selling and relationship‑building responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to grow your paycheck while performing the rewarding work you’re skilled in! You’ll travel to assigned homes, accurately diagnose issues with heating and air conditioning systems, and clearly explain service options to homeowners. When appropriate, you’ll also recommend additional upgrades, replacements, or improvements to drive revenue and optimize system functionality. After speaking with the customer, you’ll get to work performing top‑quality repairs, maintenance, and approved upgrades. You’ll make sure to clearly document all findings, work performed, and customer decisions. Before leaving, you’ll ensure satisfaction, provide tips for system performance and efficiency, and encourage the customer to refer our business. Experience as a residential HVAC service technician Experience selling upgrades and services Proven ability to generate repair revenue on service calls without pressuring customers Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills Ability to clearly explain technical information in layman’s terms and appropriately communicate findings to homeowners Ability to build rapport and foster trust with customers Comfort with recommending repairs, upgrades, memberships, and replacements Valid driver's license Ability to cover our service area (New Orleans and the Northshore) Must have the ability to pass a background check.
