This internship gives you the rare chance to help build and launch an AI-powered digital agent using Salesforce technologies. Work with Digital Product Management and Salesforce teams to design and test an AI‑powered sales and support agent that improves lead generation and customer engagement. What You’ll Do

Support design and configuration of a Salesforce Agentforce AI agent. Help build conversation flows, prompts, and routing logic. Validate AI responses for accuracy and compliance with approved product content. Assist integration with Salesforce objects (Leads, Accounts, Opportunities). Analyze engagement data and recommend improvements for scaling. Required Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with AI concepts (chatbots, LLMs, conversational design). Foundational understanding of Salesforce concepts. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into workflows. Majors: CS, Data Science, AI, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics (Rising Junior+).
