Are you a highly technical HubSpot expert with a strong operational mindset and proven project management discipline? Orion180 is seeking a HubSpot / Marketing CRM Specialist to take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and drive scalable, data‑driven marketing and revenue operations.
You will serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and system owner and be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing our CRM infrastructure to support marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle initiatives. You will also lead cross‑functional CRM projects, ensuring execution is structured, measurable, and aligned with business goals.
What you will do Own and Administer HubSpot CRM
Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator, managing configuration, user roles, permissions, and system governance
Build and optimize workflows, pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and automation logic
Maintain CRM hygiene, data integrity, and scalable architecture across all objects and properties
Design and continuously improve lead management processes, segmentation, and lifecycle automation
Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features, integrations, and enhancements
Manage Integrations & Data Infrastructure
Oversee integrations between HubSpot and internal/external systems (data warehouse, analytics tools, third‑party platforms)
Ensure accurate data flow, synchronization, and enrichment across the tech stack
Troubleshoot system issues and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Drive Reporting & Performance Visibility
Build and maintain dashboards and reports for funnel performance, campaign attribution, and revenue insights
Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates and ROI
Lead CRM Projects End-to-End
Own project planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution for CRM‑related initiatives
Implement structured project management methodologies to ensure on‑time, high‑quality deliveryCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed
What we’re looking for Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Experience
3+ years of hands‑on HubSpot administration experience in a high‑growth or tech‑enabled environment
Proven track record of owning and scaling a CRM system, not just using it as an end‑user
HubSpot & CRM Expertise (Critical Requirement)
HubSpot certifications required
Deep expertise in workflows, automation, reporting, custom objects, and integrations
Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data models, and lifecycle management
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus, but HubSpot mastery is essential
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Familiarity with APIs, data integration tools, and basic SQL is a plus
Strong understanding of attribution models, segmentation, and marketing analytics is a plus
Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns (email, paid media, lifecycle marketing) and how CRM data supports campaign execution and optimization
Project Management
Experience with formal project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a plus
Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or Wrike
