The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and talented Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across various platforms, supporting branding, marketing campaigns, digital art, and web design initiatives. Your creativity and technical expertise will help shape our visual identity and enhance our communication efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphic designs for a variety of corporate materials, including annual reports, digital signage, social media graphics, and website content.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all corporate communications.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives.
Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts and ideas that effectively communicate key messages and engage target audiences.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
Digital Presence Management: Create, update, and maintain the company website to ensure content is current, visually engaging, and aligned with brad standards. Develop and manage social media content across platforms to enhance engagement, promote cooperative initiatives, and support corporate communications strategies. Monitor analytics to assess performance and plan future content planning.
Qualifications Associates degree in Graphic Design or a related field or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in graphic design or a related field. Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field. Experience with website design is required, previous experience with Shine is preferred with Intermediate to advanced experience with still and portrait photography. Two (2) or more years of professional photography experience is preferred. Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite. Preferred experience with drone photography/videography. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with branding, marketing materials, or digital content creation. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel at an intermediate level.
