Core Responsibilities

Drive execution of integrated campaign strategy across communications, field, and fundraising; track campaign goals and metrics

Own and manage high‑level political relationships, including local party leaders, delegates, elected officials, coalition partners, and other stakeholders

Manage, develop, and coach campaign staff

Oversee campaign budget and spending, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities

Oversee candidate scheduling

Help build and scale field infrastructure and systems to support voter contact goals

Support high‑level fundraising, including call time and donor cultivation

Expand earned media opportunities in coordination with communications team

Lead rapid response and problem‑solving across campaign operations

What We Value For This Position

Statewide or senior‑level campaign experience preferred

Demonstrated experience managing others

Excellent with both spreadsheet management and relationship‑building

Thoughtful, nimble, and proactive communicator

Deep understanding of political landscapes and stakeholder dynamics

Ability to operate in high‑pressure, high‑visibility environments with sound judgment

Commitment to the values, vision, and goals of the campaign

Compensation This is a contract position with pay starting at $10,000 per month.
