We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build one of the most important consumer healthcare brands of the next decade.
The role This is a rare opportunity to own marketing end-to-end at a breakout, mission-driven company—and to define how millions of families discover and engage with Nolia.
You will sit at the intersection of:
Brand and storytelling
D2C growth and performance marketing
Partnership-driven distribution (health systems, payors, community)
You’ll work directly with the leadership team to build a marketing engine that is both deeply human and highly scalable.
What you’ll do 1. Build an iconic, trusted consumer brand Craft and evolve Nolia’s brand into the defining voice for caregivers
Develop messaging that is emotionally resonant, clinically credible, and culturally impactful
Lead creative across all channels (web, social, content, campaigns)
Position Nolia as the category leader in caregiver support
2. Own and scale D2C growth Build and optimize a high-performing growth engine across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
Lead performance marketing (Meta, Google, emerging channels)
Drive continuous experimentation on CAC, conversion, and funnel efficiency
Partner with product and ops to improve end-to-end user journey
3. Develop a powerful content & community flywheel Build a content ecosystem that educates, supports, and activates caregivers
Establish clinician-led thought leadership and trust-driven content
Expand organic channels (social, SEO, community, partnerships)
Turn Nolia into a go-to destination for caregiving guidance
4. Lead partnership marketing Design and execute marketing strategies with: Health systems
Medicare Advantage plans
Community organizations

Build co-branded campaigns and referral growth loops
Translate enterprise partnerships into consumer growth
5. Build and lead the marketing function Hire and manage a small, high-performing team
Own budget, channel mix, and ROI
Bring structure, rigor, and creativity to a fast-moving environment
Be both strategic and deeply hands-on
Who you are You’re not just a marketer—you’re a builder of movements and systems.
You likely have: 8–12+ years in marketing, with experience in consumer-first, high-growth companies
Early-stage or startup experience where you’ve built from 0 → 1 or 1 → 10
Proven success scaling D2C performance marketing
Experience building or shaping a beloved consumer brand
Strong intuition for what resonates emotionally—and what converts
You might also have: Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated industries (a plus, not required)
Experience working with multi-channel distribution (D2C + partnerships)

Scaled a repeatable, efficient D2C acquisition engine across the country
Established Nolia as a trusted voice in caregiving nationally
Created durable growth loops across content, performance, and partnerships
