We are seeking a dynamic and organized Public Relations Assistant to join our team and support the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the public image of our organization by assisting with media relations, content creation, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.
Maintain and update media contact lists and databases to ensure accurate information.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports summarizing key media mentions and trends.
Support the planning and coordination of press conferences, promotional events, and other PR activities.
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to enhance online visibility.
Qualifications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in content creation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
