Role Overview
McGuire Sponsel’s unique business model assists CPA and real estate firms with identifying opportunities for their clients. By serving as an extension of our partner firms (also known as our Alliance Network), McGuire Sponsel strengthens client relationships by offering a conservative approach to delivering services that fall outside the traditional practices of local and regional firms. Our efforts have established McGuire Sponsel as a leading technical resource to the industry, and our Marketing team drives our branding, market strategy, and supports all of our practice lines, offices, alliance and partner networks, and relationship managers.
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Department : Marketing
Reports to : Manager, Marketing
Type : Full‑time, exempt
Compensation : Base salary + discretionary performance bonus
Responsibilities
Drive marketing campaigns end‑to‑end—coordinating execution, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables in Wrike.
Maintain marketing calendars, assets, and project timelines across concurrent initiatives.
Coordinate with Practice Line administrative team members to ensure firm content, collateral and materials are developed on time.
Lead conference and event logistics coordination, from initial planning through on‑site execution.
Support content creation across multiple formats— including blog posts, case studies, social media, and email campaigns—ensuring messaging aligns with firm priorities and brand voice.
Assist with vendor coordination and timeline management with printers, designers, conferences, and other outside vendors.
Uphold brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Assist with gift sends and campaign logistics from concept through completion.
Contribute to firmwide marketing initiatives as a collaborative team member.
Manage competing priorities using strong organizational habits to consistently meet team deadlines and the firm’s objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR or a related field required
Prior marketing experience or related internships preferred
Strong drive for execution
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Consultative mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
Strong professionalism, presence, and decorum
Experience with a project management software preferred; we use Wrike
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience with HubSpot, Canva, and Adobe Suite is a bonus
Valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation
