
Marketing & Social Media Executive

The Marketing & Social Media Executive will support the delivery of marketing activity across the BTR portfolio, with a focus on social media to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and enquiry generation at a neighbourhood level.
Working closely with Leasing and Operational teams, the role will help bring each neighbourhood to life through locally relevant content and campaigns, supporting occupancy across both new and established communities.
The role will also support reporting, agency coordination and purchase order management to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of marketing initiatives.
Key Relationships
Internal: Neighbourhood Director, Resident Experience Director, Neighbourhood/General Managers, Development and Real Estates Team and other Business Support Functions.
External: Residents & New Customers, consultants and digital agencies, Third-party suppliers and Community Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across neighbourhoods and new developments.
Plan, create and schedule social media content that reflects the lifestyle, community and identity of each neighbourhood.
Work closely with on-site teams to capture content and promote events, activations and resident experiences.
Monitor social media channels and support timely, on-brand community engagement.
Track and report on campaign and social media performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
Coordinate with external agencies to deliver creative, media and digital activity.
Assist in the creation and delivery of marketing assets across digital and on-site channels.
Support the planning and promotion of resident and leasing events.
Undertake local market and competitor research to inform marketing activity.
Manage purchase orders, invoices and budget tracking in line with internal processes.
Experience and Skills Required
Experience in a marketing or social media role (or relevant internship).
Proven ability to create engaging social media content for a brand.
Strong communication skills, with attention to tone of voice and brand consistency.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with data and producing performance reports.
Experience working with agencies and internal stakeholders is desirable.
Strong administrative skills, including PO and budget management.
