Job Description
MyOutDesk is seeking a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Marketing to accelerate brand growth and scale our demand generation engine. This executive leader will translate strategy into measurable action – driving qualified pipeline, increasing revenue, and strengthening our position in the BPO and virtual staffing industry.

This role requires a modern marketing leader with deep expertise in Paid Media, SEO, AEO, analytics, and revenue attribution. You must be able to clearly connect marketing initiatives to revenue outcomes and build a high-performing team aligned with aggressive growth targets. As a leadership hire, you will move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands‑on execution.

What you will do
Revenue & Demand Generation
Own the demand generation strategy across paid and organic channels
Drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue through paid search, SEO, content, and performance marketing
Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with revenue targets and pipeline goals

Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Oversee paid search and paid social strategy, and optimization
Establish and report on KPIs including CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scale revenue impact

SEO, Content & AEO Strategy
Lead enterprise-level SEO and Answer Engine Optimization strategies
Develop content frameworks that drive qualified traffic and revenue
Implement structured data, technical SEO improvements, and content optimization strategies
Clearly connect SEO initiatives to pipeline and revenue growth

Analytics & Funnel Optimization
Own marketing analytics and performance reporting
Demonstrate advanced expertise in GA4, including: TOFU, MOFU, BOFU funnel tracking; event configuration and conversion tracking; attribution modeling
Identifying optimization opportunities across the funnel
Build dashboards that tie marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes

Leadership & Brand Growth
Lead and develop a global marketing team
Strengthen brand authority and thought leadership in partnership with PR and communications
Implement generative AI strategies to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability

Who You Are
8-10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Proven success driving revenue through Paid, SEO, and content strategies
Clear experience connecting marketing initiatives to pipeline and closed revenue
Strong B2B background (BPO or services industry/solution-selling experience preferred)
Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and revenue reporting
Experience scaling marketing teams in high-growth, fast‑paced, dynamic environments
