Franchise Marketing Strategist

Zoom Drain, Plymouth Meeting, PA, United States

About the Role
Zoom Drain is a fast-growing, specialized franchise system in the drain and sewer services industry. We're looking for a Sr. Franchise Marketing Specialist to serve as a marketing coach and onboarding lead for our franchise owners, helping them build smart local marketing strategies, track performance, and grow their businesses.

This is not an execution role. You'll guide, coach, and hold franchise owners accountable while owning the full marketing onboarding process for new locations.

What You'll Do

Help owners set SMART goals, track KPIs (CAC, CLV, conversion rates), and make data-driven decisions

Own the end-to-end marketing onboarding for new franchise launches, including timelines, vendor coordination, website, Google Business Profile, and lead platforms

Serve as the liaison between franchisees and marketing vendors (digital agencies, Angi, Thumbtack, etc.), holding them accountable to deliverables

Train franchise owners on Zoom Drain's marketing systems, tools, and playbooks

Support the Marketing Help Desk and contribute to pilot programs and system-wide initiatives

What We're Looking For

4–7 years in marketing, business development, or a consultative client-facing role

Experience advising business owners or operators and knowing how to influence without authority

Franchise or multi-location environment experience strongly preferred

Home services industry background a plus

Analytical mindset: comfortable diagnosing performance gaps and recommending adjustments

Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Google Ads/LSA, and lead aggregators (Angi, Thumbtack, Yelp) preferred

Strong communicator who builds credibility quickly and isn't afraid of direct conversations

What We're NOT Looking For

Social media managers, content creators, or pure digital executors

Candidates who prefer doing the work over coaching others to do it

Why Zoom Drain
We're a national brand with the agility of a small team. No red tape, no endless approval chains, meaning good ideas move fast here. This role offers direct impact on franchisee success, real responsibility from day one, and a clear path to grow as the system expands.

Location: Plymouth Meeting, PA (In-Office)

Travel: Up to 10%
