Compensation Package
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Independently manage a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored employee benefits solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to quote new and renewal business
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance to clients
Participate in client meetings, both virtually and in-person, to present solutions and address inquiries
Contribute to the growth of the organization by identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 2.5 years of experience managing a book of business independently
Strong understanding of various funding models; specific account‑based experience is not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients
Proficiency in relevant software tools
Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with local clients
