Social Media & Content Manager Park City, UT, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1070 $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually Location : On-Site, Park City, UT About the Role MRP is seeking a Content & Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, planning, design, and distribution across multiple brands and platforms. This role ensures content is not only created, but effectively deployed, optimized, and scaled. This is not a video editing role. This role requires strong content strategy and graphic design capabilities. Key Responsibilities Build and manage content calendars across brands Align content with product launches, campaigns, and sales initiatives Identify opportunities for new content and repurposing existing assets Content Direction Provide direction to the Video Content Producer on: What to film Format and structure Messaging and hooks Ensure content aligns with marketing strategy Graphic Design Design: Social media graphics Promotional assets Maintain brand consistency across all visuals Content Distribution Manage posting across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Upload and organize content on website and Clinician Advisors platform Ensure content is properly formatted, titled, and tagged Content Organization Build and maintain a structured video content library Tag, categorize, and organize assets for reuse Ensure content is accessible and usable across teams Repurposing Turn one piece of content into multiple assets Identify opportunities within existing content library Work with Video Producer to maximize content output Performance & Optimization Identify high-performing content Adjust strategy based on data Content planning and ideation Caption and copy generation Repurposing and automation Continuously improve speed and output using modern tools Work closely with Video Producer and Director of Marketing Align with leadership and sales team on messaging and priorities Qualifications 2–4+ years in social media or content roles Strong understanding of platform strategy Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Experience managing multiple brands preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
