In collaboration with two renowned medical schools, Weill Cornell Medicine and Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, NewYork-Presbyterian is consistently recognized as a leader in medical education, ground-breaking research, and innovative, patient-centered clinical care.**Senior Marketing Manager - Integrated Marketing**The Senior Marketing Manager will report to the VP, MarComm Strategic Planning, Insights, and Customer Engagement, and serve as NewYork-Presbyterian's in house expert on paid and organic media strategy while ensuring strong alignment between media investments, enterprise priorities, and broader growth objectives. The Senior Manager will lead integrated media planning across paid channels and coordinate the effective use of owned and earned channels to ensure campaigns are insight driven, consistent across platforms, and tightly aligned with business and system wide marketing goals. In this role, you'll partner closely with brand, service line, reputation, digital, analytics, editorial, and external agency teams to deliver high performance media programs. Through rigorous planning, continuous optimization, and clear measurement, the role will help elevate NYP’s presence in the market and drive measurable business outcomes while maintaining a cohesive, audience first approach across the full media ecosystem.This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, and the ability for 1 day remote.**Preferred Criteria*** Experience working in regulated industries* Experience in healthcare or hospital systems* Familiarity with CRM based targeting and first party data activation* Knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Power BI, Dataroma, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud**Required Criteria*** Bachelor’s degree* 6–8+ years of integrated media strategy or planning experience* Strong expertise in digital media platforms, channels and performance analytics* Strong understanding of funnel-based audience strategy, segmentation, and multichannel measurement* Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights* Excellent communication skills — able to translate marketing and media insights into strategic recommendationsJoin a healthcare system where employee engagement is at an all-time high.
