Primary Job Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships:
Strategic Sourcing: Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with key influencers and local community partners who align with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
Campaign Management: Conceptualize and lead end-to‑end influencer campaigns, including product/service placements, giveaways and sponsored content.
Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs for all partnership efforts. Track and analyze campaign ROI (reach, engagement, and conversion) to optimize future spend and partnership selection.
Contracting & Compliance: Ensure all influencer partnerships have clear deliverables and adhere to IAS guidelines and brand safety standards.
Creative Direction & Event Management:
Photoshoot Production: Lead the planning and execution of brand photoshoots, including mood boarding, model sourcing, and on‑site direction to ensure a cohesive visual library.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email marketing, and other marketing materials (as needed).
Event Strategy: Manage the marketing lifecycle for corporate and location-specific events, including promotional timelines, physical collateral, and post‑event recap analysis.
Cross‑Organization Collaboration: Work with spa managers to ensure corporate marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly at the location level.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing (Meta):
Campaign Architecture: End‑to‑end management of Meta advertising campaigns, from initial audience segmentation to budget allocation.
Creative Asset Production: Oversee the creation of high‑performing ad graphics and copy, utilizing data‑driven insights to improve Click‑Through Rates (CTR) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Reporting: Provide monthly performance audits to the Marketing Director, offering actionable insights for campaign scaling.
Operational Systems & Leadership:
Direct Supervision: Responsible for the mentorship, training, and daily workflow management of a Marketing Coordinator or Intern (as the team scales).
Asset Architecture: Maintain and optimize the organization of digital assets.
Social Media Management:
IAS Academy Management: Act as the lead strategist for the IAS Academy’s social presence, defining the voice, visual identity, and engagement strategy to drive corporate content oversight.
Corporate Content Oversight: Direct the execution of Instagram Stories and real‑time content for the primary med spa account, ensuring brand consistency.
Community Growth: Analyze engagement metrics to pivot and engage with target audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the beauty or med spa industries.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Understands the basics of digital media, including Paid Search and Paid Social.
Strong understanding of marketing, social media, social media trends and influencer marketing.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Plann, Metricool).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
