About the role
The Media Planner supports the development, execution, and management of data-driven digital media across the US healthcare market. This role combines hands-on programmatic media experience with cross-channel planning, helping deliver high-performing campaigns for HCP and DTC audiences.
What you'll do
Support digital media plans across programmatic, endemic, search, social, and video
Execute and manage programmatic campaigns (e.g., PulsePoint)
Build audiences, forecasts, and cost models (CPM, CPA, reach)
Analyze performance data and recommend optimizations
Assist with client reporting and media presentations
Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account teams
Create audiences and cost models for strategists and account teams (IE: create reach, audience, CPM, CPA, and impression data for client work on request) from our programmatic platform, third-party partners, or media providers.
Create and execute patient and professional media promotional plans for marketing, conferences, and communities.
Research audience markets and competitive strategies relevant to clients’ businesses using programmatic media tools
Requirements
4+ years in media, digital marketing, or pharma marketing
3+ hands-on programmatic execution experience
Exposure to healthcare/pharma campaigns preferred
Basic programmatic/DSP knowledge
Strong analytical and communication skills
AI proficiency in tools for media planning
