Location: Northallerton, North Yorkshire

Salary: £38,220 - £51,356 pro rata per annum

Job Type: Full time

Job will expire on 26 April 2026.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of property law and advise on all aspects of both commercial and residential property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, auctions, academy transfers and agricultural tenancies.
• Work as part of a supportive team of professionals with busy workloads, providing support and training where necessary.
• Communicate effectively in oral and written form to a range of audiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues, members, external clients and partners at all levels within the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX.
• Experience in property law preferred; training will be provided for any areas lacking relevant experience.
