Responsibilities

As Vice President/Director, Executive Producer, you’ll lead/direct a full service production team, working in conjunction with business managers, traffic and post production capabilities.

• Lead a full service production team while managing an account
• Partner to the Creative/Marketing/PM leads on specific brands
• Evaluate and delegate projects to appropriate producers on their team
• Produce projects
• Manage team’s workload, projects and process
• Mentor and guide less senior producers on their team

Qualifications

• Four year degree or equivalent industry experience
• 10-12 years in agency production as an agency producer
• Well versed in all aspects of production
• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation
• Creativity and innovative problem solving skills required
• Deep experience managing cross discipline people in the production industry
• Experience and full working knowledge of all disciplines of agency production
• Demonstrate leadership, confidence and a positive attitude at all times
• Senior client facing skills integral to position
• Listening, mediating, and issue resolution skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and diverse talents
• Experience in pitch work - in building a pitch, developing audio/video assets, and participating in client meetings and presentations
• Advanced skills in managing and growing a cross disciplined team
• Must have reel and examples of work
• Candidate must be open to travel as needed

Compensation

Compensation Range: $129,485 - $175,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
