Senior Vice President, Product Strategy - Product & Innovation Hub
At BNY, a leading global financial services company, we are looking for a dynamic and seasoned Product Strategy professional to shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy at the executive level. This role involves spearheading the Product Practice, Executive Committees, and Segment Reviews while driving a cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, fostering innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction. This role is located in New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with market trends, client needs, and business objectives.
- Drive a product‑led cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, promoting innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction.
- Identify and prioritize product opportunities, create business cases, and manage investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement product strategies and initiatives effectively.
- Translate strategic vision into game plans and mobilize teams for execution.
- Monitor industry trends, market analysis, and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning across the product organization.
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in product strategy development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive cultural change and promote innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior experience in a product‑led organization preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong business acumen, with ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions with data‑driven insights.
Compensation
Base salary range: $104,000 – $200,000 per year, determined on an individualized basis. Total compensation may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
This is an at‑will position. The company reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payments at any time.
